The eCommerce Awards for Excellence took place yesterday at the Marriott Hotel, Grosvenor Square, and Infectious Media won the Best Marketing Campaign award for work on Waitrose’s Christmas real-time advertising campaign.
Infectious Media worked with Waitrose to increase customer average order value (AOV) to maximise performance during the busy Christmas period. The campaign produced impressive results, delivering a CPA that was 70% better than the target, increased AOV and drove web conversions.
