Infectious Media today released an infographic on the growth of real-time advertising. It quotes IDC figures which highlight an 80% increase in real-time ad sales year-on-year in the UK. The figures mean that real-time advertising now accounts for 14% of total UK display spend.
The infographic also highlights the growth of premium real-time display and video inventory, the wider selection of high-impact brand formats available and the growth of display outstripping search.
