Infectious Media staff joined over 15,000 employees across the UK to participate in Give & Gain day 2015, the only global day of employee volunteering, organised by Business in the Community.
As part of Give & Gain Day 2015, Infectious Media took to a primary school in Camden to carry out tasks such as painting classrooms, renewing the nursery, painting murals and updating the playground. Almost 100 companies helped 144 community organisations in the UK this year. In total, the value of time donated by volunteers across the UK on Give & Gain Day was over £2 million – an invaluable investment for communities.
Sponsored by Waitrose and in association with BT, Give & Gain Day 2015 is dedicated to getting thousands of employees out of the office, store or factory to volunteer in their local communities. By making volunteering fun, accessible and inspirational Business in the Community aim to make the day something that all businesses give their staff an opportunity to do in work time.
